Fiona Symons is the IRMA Group Chief Operating Officer. She is responsible for operational and administrative aspects of the company across the multiple jurisdictions of its presence.

She is an established commercial leader with more than 25 years of experience in the distribution, client management, affinity program management and digital transformation domains while serving in senior positions at global firms such as Teleperformance, Chubb, ACE and AIG. She has a proven track record of starting up and building collaborative teams, with a focus on delivering business and financial results across multiple territories.
Prior to IRMA, Fiona served as the Global President of B2B and B2C Sales at Teleperformance Group. Her primary areas of accountability included re-building and enhancing the sales practice, deployment & rapid iteration of best practices and leveraging analytics to drive efficiency. Gretel started her career in HR, managing fully outsourced solutions for an international list of companies in the IT and telecommunications industry. In this capacity she successfully managed industrial relations for a team of 800 IT engineers that were stationed island wide. She was instrumental in in identifying and implementing solution-based strategies with positive impact.
Over the last 20 years, Gretel has been focused on the insurance industry, specifically distribution. She contributed in a regional capacity to the development, evolution and transformation of call center environments. She designed, developed and implemented a framework based on 6 focal points for each distribution channel to monitor and support best practices. Establishing Contact Center compendiums that supported operations excellence and business continuity.
One of her key strengths is developing comprehensive Sales Academy programs that includes an on boarding curriculum and training modules that support continuous development.
Voted in as one of the first Executive Committee members in the Call Center Association of Singapore, she participated in setting the initial guidelines for the industry.

Prior to joining IRMA, Vina was an assistant accounting manager at an SGX-listed FMCG multinational. Vina is a Certified Practising Accountant of CPA Australia and delivered the valedictorian speech for CPA Australia, having achieved highest scores in Singapore for the Financial Reporting and Ethics and Governance subjects. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy with First Class Honours and a Minor in Entrepreneurship from Nanyang Technological University.

In this role, Jia Min leads key HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, policy development and compliance. Through the establishment of structured HR frameworks, the harmonisation of HR policies and processes, and the implementation of scalable HR strategies, she seeks to strengthen human capital development and enhances leadership capability across the organisation.
